Nathan Schmitt (@NBK) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/NBK\/status\/1851221053776798085?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">October 29, 2024<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p> <script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>The two-time Major champion, who has not been too active in the top tier since the release of Counter-Strike 2, has spent nearly five months as an in-game leader of Revenant Esports, who he joined in June as a part of a major roster rebuild. <\/p>\n<p>However, his stint with the team has not led to any notable accomplishments, as they have been attending mostly lower-division competitions &#8212; including the Champion of Champions Tour.<\/p>\n<p>With the recent departure of Adelin &#8220;adeX&#8221; Nica and NBK- entering free agency, Revenant Esports are now down to three players.<\/p>\n<p>Regardless of his lack of accomplishments over the last year, NBK- stated he is ready to join any Counter-Strike team which intends to be competitive.<\/p>\n<p>In the announcement, he explained that many factors outside the game have prevented him from focusing purely on Counter-Strike, but now he feels ready to compete at the top level.<\/p>\n<p>NBK- has not played for a top-tier team since late 2023, when Team Falcon released their entire lineup and started a rebuild with Marco &#8220;Snappi&#8221; Pfeiffer, Pavle &#8220;maden&#8221; Bo\u0161kovi\u0107, Alvaro &#8220;SunPayus&#8221; Garcia, and Emil &#8220;Magisk&#8221; Reif.<\/p>\n<p>The French in-game leader has previously played for some of the top European Counter-Strike esports teams, including G2 Esports, Team Vitality, OG, and MOUZ.<\/p>\n<p>Most of his accomplishments came in the earlier years of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, when he won DreamHack Winter 2014 with Team LDLC and DreamHack Open Cluj\u2060-\u2060Napoca 2015 with Team Envy.<\/p>\n<p>NBK- won his last S-Tier title in June 2019, when he led Team Vitality to victory in the Esports Championship Series Season 7 Finals.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/esportbet.com\/news\/\" class=\"contentLinkBtn\">More esports news<\/a><\/p>\n<hr>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nathan &#8220;NBK-&#8221;
