hometown team Toronto Ultra in a back-and-forth 3-2 match.<\/p>\n<p>With that loss, the eventual champions dropped into the elimination bracket; however, consecutive 3-0 wins against the Los Angeles Guerrillas, Las Vegas Legion and Florida Mutineers set up a rematch with Ultra in the fourth round. <\/p>\n<p>The Subliners got their revenge by completing a mini comeback, rallying from 1-2 down to take the series and qualify for the elimination final against Minnesota ROKKR. <\/p>\n<p>With all the momentum behind them, New York entered their clash with Minnesota full of confidence, and that showed in their dominant 3-0 victory, seeing them through to the final against Atlanta FaZe. <\/p>\n<p>In <a href=\"https:\/\/esportbet.com\/call-of-duty\/\" title=\"Call of Duty betting guide\">Call of Duty<\/a> circles, FaZe are known as one of the best Search &#038; Destroy teams in the world, which meant that New York would have to beat them on at least two of the three S&#038;D games to claim the title. <\/p>\n<p>Not only did the Subliners defeat FaZe in the first two Search &#038; Destroy games, they then ended the best-of-seven series with an outstanding 6-3 result on the third to win their second Major of the season. <\/p>\n<p>With the fifth and final Major done and dusted, the season now turns to Call of Duty League Championship Weekend, which will be held in Las Vegas from June
