]]>Liekkas started his coaching career in 2019 and led only CDEC Guy Gaming before he joined Vici Gaming in November 2021. Nonetheless, he led Vici Gaming to a fourth-place spot at the Last Chance Qualifier of The International 2022.
In a press release, the Dota 2 team noted the various characteristics of the departing team members, highlighting that Xm’s exceptional skill will be missed.
“All three of them have now Leave the team,” Vici Gaming wrote.
“At the end of 2021, Xm joined Liekkas to join VG, filling the vacancies left after the departure of all the core of the team. In the past year, as the team’s single, Xm has made every effort to cultivate hard and constantly caters to the team’s needs to change its playing style.
“Coach Liekkas has also tried his best for the team to constantly adjust the lineup according to the version trend and the characteristics of the players.”
The organization also bade the team members goodbye while acknowledging that both parties came to a mutual agreement.

The Vici Gaming squad now consists of carry player Yang “Erika” Shaohan, Li “b a b” Kongbo, and support player Zhou “Yang” Haiyang. With the 2023 Dota 2 Pro Circuit season fast approaching, Vici Gaming will be left with no option but to replace the departing players and coach as soon as possible.
