In a surprising twist of events, Christopher “dexter” Nong is making a triumphant return to Grayhound’s Counter-Strike roster, the organization where he previously played a pivotal role for over two years.

The 29-year-old veteran will once again sport the Grayhound jersey, filling the void left by Simon “Sico” Williams, who recently parted ways with the team.

Dexter has a rich history with the Grayhound family, having been an integral part of the organization from 2017 to 2019.

After his initial departure, he joined Renegades for an additional year before his talents garnered attention in the European scene.

Notably, he was signed by MOUZ to replace Finn “karrigan” Andersen.

During his time with MOUZ, dexter experienced moderate success, achieving notable performances such as a semi-final placement at the IEM Rio Major 2022 and a first-place finish at Flashpoint 3.

Despite these achievements, the team faced challenges in 2023, leading to the signing of Kamil “siuhy” Szkaradek as his replacement.

Following his departure from MOUZ, dexter found a new home in fnatic.

However, his tenure with the team lasted only five months, marking his return to the Australian esports scene after a three-year absence.

The coaching responsibilities for Grayhound will continue under the capable hands of Erdenetsogt “erkaSt” Gantulga.

Dexter’s reunion with Grayhound sparks anticipation for the team’s resurgence in the Oceanian esports scene.

As the seasoned leader reassumes his role, questions arise about the squad’s potential trajectory. Can his experience and leadership guide Grayhound to new heights? Only time will tell.

After weeks of speculation, MOUZ have officially announced the return of Kamil “siuhy” Szkaradek to their Counter-Strike: Global Offensive roster after he left the MOUZ NXT development team a year ago to join GamerLegion as their in-game leader.

Following his outstanding performance for GamerLegion at the BLAST.tv Paris Major in April, siuhy’s name has been on the radar of a lot of teams during the Counter-Strike player break.

The Poland-born 20-year-old will take over as the in-game leader for MOUZ’s main roster after the organisation parted ways with previous in-game leader Christopher “dexter” Nong on Friday, June 30.

Siuhy has a lot of history with MOUZ, as he led their development squad to four consecutive WePlay Academy League titles in 2021 and 2022, so there was never any doubt about who he would join if he was to leave GamerLegion during the break.

With siuhy returning to MOUZ, he will also rejoin two of his former teammates and his coach from the development squad, with Adam “torzsi” Torzsas, Dorian “xertioN” Berman and coach Dennis “sycrone” Nielsen already on the roster.

After the announcement of his return, siuhy released a statement thanking everyone that helped him along the way from GamerLegion.

Meanwhile, MOUZ released their own statement on the MOUZ esports website speaking about what siuhy will bring to the organisation and CS:GO roster.

“Siuhy’s return infuses the team with a fresh mindset, but also familiarity, providing a solid foundation for their journey ahead,” a MOUZ statement read.

“As they navigate the challenges and opportunities presented in CS2, MOUZ and siuhy aim to cement their place as one of the top contenders in the scene.”

After replacing dexter with siuhy, there is still one more move that MOUZ needs to make after they benched Jon “JDC” de Castro on June 29.

There are numerous reports that suggest that 16-year-old academy prospect Jimi “Jimpphat” Salo will be promoted to take fill JDC’s place and complete the five-man roster.
