Priced at $46.0 to win the LCK 2022 Spring title, DRX are one of the outsiders heading into the 2022 season and belong in the same basket as Liiv SANDBOX, who the esports betting sites priced at $101.0 on the outright markets. Although Liiv SANDBOX’s betting odds make sense, we would rank DRX a bit higher than that.

Liiv SANDBOX have significantly downgraded their LoL roster during the offseason, and while Lee “Clozer” Ju-hyeon is a solid player, he is surrounded by mediocre teammates. Liiv SANDBOX could have done a better job filling in the gaps and instead ended up with a roster that we doubt will finish inside the top 10.

That’s not to say that we expect great things from DRX, but they seem to have a much high ceiling. Top laner Hwang “Kingen” Seong-hoon and mid laner Kim “Zeka” Geon-woo are solid additions who will team up with one of top junglers in Hong “Pyosik” Chang-hyeon and a world-class bot lane in Cho “BeryL” Geon-hee and Kim “Deft” Hyuk-kyu.

DRX might not be one of the top teams in the league, but they should not struggle against bottom teams such as Liiv SANDBOX.

T1 VS KWANGDONG FREECS LoL BETTING & MATCH DETAILS

LOL Betting Odds: T1 -322.58 at BetOnline | KDF +232 at BetOnline
When: January 12, 2022 at 20:00 KST
Watch Live: Twitch (https://www.twitch.tv/lck)

Kwangdong Freecs (former Afreeca Freecs) enter the new season with a new squad, featuring three new signings in jungler Choi “Ellim” El-lim, mid laner Yoo “FATE” Su-hyeok, and former T1 ADC Park “Teddy” Jin-seong. But while this squad is not terrible, KDF lack a couple of star names to make a splash in the LCK 2022 Spring.

Meanwhile, T1 made some minor changes towards the end of last year, which were more about trimming the roster rather than making any major signing. That’s not necessarily bad since it ensures T1 will again be contenders for the title and one of Korea’s top LoL teams.

This is the first match of the League Of Legends Champions Korean 2022 Spring, so we can expect the favourites to do a bit worse, but the quality gap between T1 and KDF makes it hard to trust the outsiders. T1 to win in straight maps at $2.04 is a solid bet.
