Esports betting sites have Team SoloMid priced as the favourites to beat 100 Thieves on Friday, which makes sense, but at $2.25, we find 100 Thieves to be overpriced.
100T have assembled a new roster for this season with four ex-Golden Guardians members, who have teamed up with top laner Kim “Ssumday” Chan-ho. This essentially makes 100T a much-improved version of GG from 2020, who came one win short of eliminating TSM (2-3) in the LCS Summer playoffs.
TSM’s roster is also very different compared to 2020, which brings its own unique challenges, namely lack of synergy. Once TSM get their wheels spinning, they will likely emerge as one of the top-three teams in the league, but until they find their stride, they are easily beatable.
